Small bite size ideal for a party or special occasion or wrapped in cellphane and given at Christmas as a small gift.
With a hand mixer beat egg white and when peaks form slowly add sugar and slow mixer and then add reminder of sugar and vanilla essence. Place mixture into piping bag and pipe on to greased trays and make small bite size drops. Bake at 110 C and leave in oven for about 40 minutes. Keep an eye on them so they dont burn. When cooled down serve with cream or ice cream or fruit.
