Feijoa Crumble Green Monster

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 overripe banana
  • 3 feijoas
  • 1 large handful of spinach
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • a pinch of ginger
  • a pinch of cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp coconut cream
  • 1/4 cup almond milk

A favourite way to enjoy feijoas for breakfast. Healthy too!

Method:


Mix together in a blender until well combined and without too many bits. Top with a little extra coconut cream and some slivered almonds. Slurp. Enjoy.
