Lunch Size Bacon & Egg Pies

Ingredients:

  • 500g Middle Bacon
  • 12 Eggs
  • 1 Pack Pams Pastry
  • 12Tbsp Milk
  • 1 Cup Grated Cheese (Optional)
  • Salt & Pepper

Great mini bacon & egg pies for kids lunches or a midday snack

Method:

Preheat the Oven to 180Degrees

Oil a Muffin Tin (12 Slots)

Beat Eggs (Add Cheese if desired) with Salt, Pepper & 1Tbsp of Milk for Each Egg

Cut bacon into small pieces

Line Each Muffin Dip with a Square of Pastry cut to Size

Sprinkle 1/2 of the bacon into the bottom of the cups so each cup has about an even amount

Add an even Egg Mixture to each cup

Sprinkle the remaining bacon on top

If you have remaining pastry, you may wish to put lids on the pies

(I personally don't, but if you do, make sure to rub a little milk into the top so as to brown pastry nicely)

Bake for approximately 20 minutes & WALLAH! :) You're done.
