Marie's Spaghetti Bolognaise

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tablespoons of Oil
  • 1 Large Onion - Finely Chopped
  • 1 Leek - Sliced
  • 2 Stalks Celery - Diced
  • 1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
  • 2 Courgettes - Sliced
  • 1 Tablespoon Tomato Paste
  • 1 Packet Dry Maggi Tomato Soup
  • 800 Grams Mince
  • 470 Grams Tomatoes - Tinned
  • 1 Teaspoon Oregano
  • 2 Cups or More of Sparkling Aquila (Any Sweet Wine Really - I just Prefer Aquila)
  • Grated Parmesan to Serve on Top of Readied Meal
  • Spaghetti or Penne Pasta - Enough for 5 People - Cooked Al Dente

A gorgeous rich mince meal that takes minimal time to prepare...

Method:

Heat oil in large frypan and add vegetables and garlic. Brown, then add mince and brown again. Add oregano, tomato paste, tinned tomato, tomato soup and wine, then leave to cook, stirring regularly. Cook pasta or spaghetti and either add to the mixture or lay underneath the bolognaise. Sprinkle with parmesan. Any wine left over enjoy with the meal!
