Cut the chicken into pieces, then chop the aromatic herbs and the onion.
Break the bread up in a food processor, then combine with half the aromatic herbs and the cheese.
Lightly grease an oven dish, spread the onion and the remaining herbs over the bottom, add the chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, drizzle with oil and pour over the white wine.
Roast in the oven at 180° for approx. 50 minutes, turning the chicken halfway through.
A few minutes before the end, sprinkle with the flavoured bread and finish cooking under the grill, so that the crumbs form a crispy crust.
