Seafood Chowder

Ingredients:

  • 50g butter
  • approx 3 tbsp flour
  • Milk
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 1.5tbsp mild mustard
  • 1.5tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  • approx 1-2cups of coarse chopped seafood

Hearty winter warmer. I always make this with fresh ingredients I've harvested on the day I make it

Method:

Melt butter and add onion cooking until clear. Add flour and stir through, gradually add milk to achieve desired consistency. Add mustard, sweet chilli sauce, and seafood and stir through on low-moderate heat for approximately 5mins or until seafood is cooked.
